MicroSeal was specifically and expressly designed in England many years ago to replenish the natural protective agent that a sheep produces for its own coat. When the wool fiber is separated from the animal, the natural protection is no longer produced, subjecting it to faster deterioration (wear), and permanent staining.

MicroSeal has sun inhibitors in our product which reduces or totally
eliminates sun fading on fabrics. This in itself is a major advantage because
the Utah sun can bleach fabrics in a very short time. TO OUR
KNOWLEDGE, we do not know of any fabric protector on the market that
has this capability.
2. COMPLETE FIBER PENETRATION MicroSeal penetrates the entire fiber for a more durable, long lasting bond that cannot be broken or removed by creasing, pinching or cleaning the fabric or carpet. Most fabric protectors only coat the outside of the fiber with a hard finish sealant which is easily removed by ware or cleaning.
MicroSealwill also wick or carry throughout the fiber while most other fabric protectors will only protect where the spray actually comes into contact with the fiber. When MicroSeal is sprayed on a square inch of fabric or carpet, it will carry or wick out 3 to 6 inches.
3. ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE
MicroSeal is considered the most environmentally safe fabric protector on
the world market today. Unlike fluorochemcal or PTFE based fabric
protectors, our trade secret formula has an EPA rating of GRAS (Generally
Regarded As Safe). It is also classified as non toxic, non-allergenic and
biodegradable. It is manufactured in a carbon free USA facility.
4. MICROSEAL IS COLOR FAST
MicroSeal will not change the color, texture or feel of any type of fabric
including wools and silks. Other types of fabric protectors which are
classified as coaters will alter the color, texture and feel of the fabric.
5. CLEANING PROOF
MicroSeal treated fabrics and carpets can be professionally cleaned without removing our fabric penetrant. Most other fabric protectors need to
be reapplied after each professional cleaning. It does not stop soiling, but
it will make cleaning much easier and faster.
6. MOLD AND MILDEW PROOF
MicroSeal treated fabrics and carpet will reduce or eliminate mildew and
molds by sealing the fiber from the inside out. Other protectors make no
claim about protecting fabrics against these microbes and problems.
7. FIRE RETARDANT
MicroSeal treated fabrics reduce flame spread by 14%. This is one reason
that MicroSeal is approved to treat the interior fabrics on aircraft. Most
fabric protection competitors do not pass the FAA regulations to treat
aircraft.

MicroSeal was originally created to protect wool, silk, suede and leather
products in Europe. It also can be applied to synthetics. Competitive

application on wood, glass, tile or metal without damage or worry. It can
be easily wiped up and if not, it does not leave a residue which would

11. ENCAPSULATION
Because MicroSeal is not a coater as other protectants, it seals from the
inside out of only a fibrous target. Therefore, it will not encapsulate a
non-fibrous particle as in dirt. A product may be sealed with MicroSeal,
even before cleaning. Its application will make any subsequent cleaning
much easier and the cleaning will not remove MicroSeal.
12. RETENTION OF FIRE/SMOKE RETARDANT
Any normal cleaning of a fabric or carpet will not remove the benefit of the
sealed in retardant for decreasing the dangers of fire and smoke.
MicroSeal Zone of Utah Warranty
MicroSeal Zone of Utah™ (“MicroSeal Utah”) offers a Lifetime Service Warranty and a Limited Lifetime Product Warranty (referred to as this “Warranty”). This Warranty commences from the date of customer’s carpet, fabric or textile and/or furniture application and the conclusion of MicroSeal Utah’s cure period under normal and customary use, as described in this Warranty.
1. Excluded Events. This Warranty does not apply if any of the following occurs:
Abusive treatment of carpet, fabric or textile. For purposes of this exclusion, “abusive treatment” means,
a. Any treatment outside normal and customary wear and tear.
b. Stains from products such as iodine, bleach, ink and dye products.
c. Notwithstanding this exclusion, MicroSeal Utah will attempt to remove
any stains caused by the above-described products at no charge, but
cannot guarantee that it will successfully remove such stains.
d. Fire and/or stains or soiling casued by fire or flame.
e. Mildew and/or mold staining.
f. Any attempted cleaning or soil/stain correction by a person or entity other than those approved and recommended by MicroSreal Utah. For purposes of this Warranty, Zerorez Salt Lake is the only approved and recommeded carpet and/or soil/stain cleaner.
2. Dry Time and Cure Period. For purposes of this Warranty, the treated carpet and/or fabric or textile requires a minimum of a one (1) hour dry time before walking on carpet or handeling fabric or textile . The cure period under this Warranty is a minimum of four (4) days.
3. Covered Events. Other than the excluded events described in paragraph 1, all other soilings/stains on the treated carpet, fabric or textile, including but not limited to sun fading, are covered hereunder.
4. Warranty Procedures. In order to activate this Warranty, each customer must follow the following procedures:
(a) Contact your MicroSeal Utah sales representative directly within twenty-four (24) hours following a spill or staining by either calling your MicroSeal Utah sales representative directly or calling the following number and requesting that your or another MicroSeal Utah sales representative contact you: 801-288-ZERO (9376).
(b) Immediately blot up any spill with a dry cotton or paper towel. Do not use water on any fabric that has “dry clean only” instructions from the manufacturer. Follow contact instructions in (a) above. Be careful not to rub or push the spill further into the carpet, fabric or textile.
(c) If material is not “dry clean only,” place a moist, white towel on the stain or spill.
(d) If the furniture or textile cleaning under this Warranty is unsuccessful, MicroSeal Utah will reimburse the customer for the cost of re-upholstery of the furniture or textile damaged; but will not reimburse a complete set of furniture or such other textile attendant to the damaged furniture or textile.
(e) If the carpet and/or rug cleaning under this Warranty is unsuccessful, MicroSeal Utah will reimburse the customer for replacment cost relating to the same or similar carpet or rug and detemined by the basic standards and practices governing carpet replacement for insurance claims, which requires replacing damaged carpets to the the closest common entry (or door break).
(5) Warranty Parameters:
EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED IN THIS WARRANTY, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY FOR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR CONDITIONS OF QUALITY AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. FURTHERMORE AND THE OBLIGATIONS OF MICROSEAL UTAH EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRAMTY ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, COVENANTS OR CONDITIONS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
IN NO EVENT WILL MICROSEAL UTAH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RELATED TO, THIS WARRANTY (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA, OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE), HOWSOEVER ARISING, EITHER OUT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, INCLUDING BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR IN TORT, EVEN IF THE OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
